	COMPANY BACKGROUND
	FREETRONIC CORP. is a member of the KING LITE GROUP and greatly benefits from the support provided by it's parent company. The King Lite Group of companies are highly diversified with investment in areas including importing, exporting, localized marketing, manufacturing and construction. Freetronic was established in 1993 and owns factories located both in Taiwan and China. KING LITE GROUP established on Dec. 16, 1986, is the sole distributor of "National" Lighting and its related equipment in Taiwan. Holding 40% market share for energy saving light bulbs. King Lite is also the key distributor of "Panasonic" CPE and System of Telecommunication products (GSM phone, Cordless Phone, Fax, PBX, OA, Video /Audio..etc) in Taiwan. We got the remarkable achievement and sales awards from Panasonic / National for the past years. Meanwhile, Digibio Corp., newly established in 2000, is mainly focusing on design, development and manufacturing of Electronic Medical Systems and Instruments.

	Manufactured more than 12 millions telephone sets in 6 years. Supplied to more than 60 countries around the world with more than 50 countries' PTT Approvals. 	QUALITY SYSTEM
	A TUV Certified ISO 9002 Manufacturer. (Taiwan Facfory) A BQR Certified ISO 9002 Manufacturer. (China Facfory) All process are developed, implemented and documented per ISO 9002 guidelines. All employees are weltrained to fulfiISO-9002 standard. TQM: TotaQuality Management (TQM), a philosophy of thinking, has been adapted by Freetronic in the management of the company which focuses on the problem prevention and amendment, process controactivities and employee participation. PRODUCT RELIABILITY TEST All mass production lots wilbe executed rigidly by the following reliability testing: Temperature and Humidity test. Vibration simulation test. Drop test. Keypad / Hook life test. Cord pulling test. Ringer life test. Burn-in test. New developed products wilbe executed through the destroy test, safety test, performance test and above tests as welduring pilot run and mass production. Engineering and Quality dept. wilfigure out the problems and make appropriate correction in case of any defectives happened.
	QUALITY PLANNING, CONTROAND ASSURANCE
	QUALITY PLANNING Setting the quality goal, Employees' training and education, Vendor evaluation, Quality recording and analysis, Quality system standardization. IQC (INCOMING QUALITY CONTROL) Check the incoming materials in accordance with the MIL-STD-105E sampling plan and product's specification and customers' requirements. ON-LINE INSPECTION Inspectors are arranged on severastations' intervato check the possible operationamistakes on the production line. IPQC( IN-PROCESS QUALITY CONTRO) check the quality of the semi-assembly products of the production line on a sampling basis and correct the abnormalities to assure the quality to reach the required level. QC Check the quality on the stage of finishing PCB assembly, Touch-up, ICT (In-circuit testing) and finaassembly. QA Check the quality of the finished goods in accordance with the MIL-STD-105E and judge independently whether to accept or reject the goods.
